NHS Southern Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group will be hosting its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday 18 August 2017, between 3.30pm and 4.30pm.
The CCG plans, buys and monitors health services to meet the needs of over 548,000 people across the southern half of Derbyshire, including the whole population of Derby city and residents living in Amber Valley, South Derbyshire and the south part of the Derbyshire Dales.
The AGM is open to the public, and will be held immediately after the Governing Body meeting at Cardinal Square, 1st Floor, North Point, 10 Nottingham Road, Derby DE1 3QT.
Anyone wishing to attend MUST register in advance, no later than 3.30pm on Thursday, 17 August by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 01332 868 730. This is so appropriate room capacity requirements and fire regulations can be met.
Please note, attendees are advised to arrive promptly to Cardinal Square reception at 3.10pm as unfortunately late entrance to the meeting cannot be permitted.
